In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing and invoicing processes within the construction industry while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring smooth coordination with project managers, clients, and vendors. Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue invoices and billings in alignment with established company procedures. • Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations. • Process accurate billing through construction web portals. • Collaborate with project managers to guarantee timely and precise invoicing. • Organize and maintain construction job files and client documentation for audits and reporting. • Perform regular data entry tasks and manage billing logs. • Address additional duties and special projects as assigned.
