If you are organized, friendly and detail oriented, please keep reading! All Roads/Norris Honda is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team onsite in Dundalk, MD. This role is responsible for processing daily customer deposits (75%) and communicating with customer's about their balances (25%) and other needs. You will work independently to make a positive impact by resolving discrepancies and past due balances. Excel experience and prior B2B is a plus. Responsibilities:

Responsible for applying payments and credit card transactions in a fast paced, high volume environmentReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and posted properlyMaintain excellent customer service relations with timely and accurate communication internally and externallyContact customers by telephone, email and/or mail to determine reasons for overdue payments and review collection policiesProvide thorough and accurate account updates as information is gatheredMonitor receivables and generate reports to management as requestedRequired Education and ExperiencePrevious accounts receivable experienceHigh School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree a plusStrong conflict resolution skillsAbility to make independent decisionsProficient computer skills including Word and Excel, CDK/Intellidealer is a plusAbility to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay is $23.00-26.50 per hour
