**The Role**
We are looking for a detail oriented and adaptable **Accounts Receivable Assistant** to join our Financial Operations team during an exciting Finance Transformation project.
You will play a key role in reconciling accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy in bank reconciliations, journal preparation, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident working with large volumes of data.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, focusing on AR transactions
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank and internal records
+ Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Cash Management teams
+ Support month-end and year-end close processes
+ Maintain accurate reconciliation documentation for compliance
+ Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation projects
**What We’re Looking For**
✅ 1–3 years’ experience in accounting, bank reconciliation, or finance
✅ Strong processing skills with excellent attention to detail
✅ Familiarity with financial systems and tools
✅ Effective communication and teamwork skills
✅ Ability to work accurately under deadlines
✅ Proactive, adaptable, and confident with change
**Desirable**
+ Experience in the veterinary sector
+ Knowledge of Oracle Cloud-based systems
+ Background in working within a controls environment
