Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and specialization knowledge to support innovation, financial excellence and the adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** The Accounts Receivable & Cash App Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AR and Cash App teams, ensuring the accurate and timely application of payments and resolution of discrepancies in compliance with internal policies and client expectations. This role acts as the main point of contact for escalations, supports team performance and development, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex scenarios and payment applications * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines * Analyze data and generate reports to track KPIs and identify process improvements. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
