Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is part of the Finance team within the Finance Service Centre (FSC) and supports the delivery of high-quality accounting and financial services to both internal and external stakeholders. The role is primarily responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable processing, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting in accordance with company policies and controls.

About You:

Perform end-to-end accounts receivable processing, including billing, postings, and cash applicationsMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve billing discrepanciesPrepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable reports and aging schedulesEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting standardsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to support AR-related inquiries

About the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or a finance-related roleFresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to applyBasic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processesStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
