Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Carteret, NJ
Pay: $28 - $35 an hour
A highly reputable global manufacturing company is looking for a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to B2B collections, processing payments, aging reports, utilizing Netsuite ERP, Excel, and much more!
Job Description:
+ Promptly apply cash receipts against customer accounts for real-time account analysis.
+ Monitor domestic and foreign customer orders and assist supervisors with actions for customers with credit issues.
+ Create and manage Aging Reports to monitor balances and arrange collections proactively.
+ Generate monthly Accounts Receivable summary reports and sales reports to assist supervisors with trend insights.
+ Generate credit memos, approve them, and troubleshoot open return authorizations.
+ Update customers' financial profile information and document issues as they occur.
+ Manage the credit application process.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ manufacturing Industry experience required
+ international B2B collections required
+ 2-5 years of full cycle accounts receivable experience required
+ NetSuite ERP experience required
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
