Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Description

Take ownership and manage the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) process. Lead collection efforts to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments, meet regularly with management to review past due accounts, and present strategic plans of action for resolving outstanding balances.

ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.Lead collection efforts to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.Meet regularly with management to review past due accounts.Present strategic plans of action for resolving outstanding balances.Execute escalation procedures based on the approved plan of action.Post customer payments and receipts to appropriate accounts.Perform accurate and timely cash application to customer accounts.Essential SkillsExperience in accounts receivable and collection processes.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.Strong skills in investigating and researching account issues.Ability to own and manage the receivables process.Proficient with Vlookups and Pivot tables in Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.Experience in analyzing AR data.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical platforms.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Work Environment

The position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central Time zones. Work in a rapidly growing company taking on new contracts, offering opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the Finance department.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
