Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Title: Accounts Receivable AnalystJob Description

The role of Accounts Receivable Analyst involves managing a portfolio of 300-350 customers, with a focus on collections via email and phone, applying credit memos and payments. Experience in credit analysis is a plus for providing backup support to the Credit Team, especially using D&B.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all collection efforts for trade receivables, including contacting customers and field operations.Act as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes.Provide support to field offices for customer accounts-related activities.Recommend payment plans for customers as needed.Respond timely to statement inquiries and questions on the Accounts Receivable master phone line.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members.Perform consolidated account summaries, pulling data from multiple locations for reporting.Engage in special projects, including audit support, month-end tasks, and other duties as assigned.Essential Skills2+ years of business experience, preferably in collections.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience with large ERPs like Oracle or SAPWork EnvironmentThe Accounts Receivable and Collections teams have merged, requiring team members to handle more tasks within the AR/Collections cycle. The team consists of about 12 people, interacting closely with AR, Collections, and Billing. Work is conducted three days in the office, with flexible hours. The organization offers free coffee and soda, reflecting their hospitality roots and recovery from the pandemic's impact.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
