Essential Responsibilities:
Generate accurate and timely invoices, including entry into JDE with supporting documentationPrepare and submit client billings in accordance with client-specific requirementsPerform final invoice review prior to submission, correcting errors and discrepanciesRespond to client inquiries related to invoicing and billing submissionsMonitor bank accounts daily and download bank statementsPost, match, and apply cash receipts to invoices in JDE, ensuring accurate reconciliationDocument and track cash applications; prepare cheques and complete weekly bank depositsDownload, consolidate, and analyze data from client systems, JDE, and bank portals to produce AR reports per client termsProvide AR analysis, metrics, and supporting documentation for management reporting and annual auditsQualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookProven data entry experience within a finance or accounting environmentExperience with JD Edwards, electronic billing systems, or relevant industry platforms is an assetStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skillsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality customer serviceCompensation
$47,200- $59,000This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
