Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

Role purpose:

Efficient and correct management of the subledgers of the client's subsidiary and its shareholdings is at the heart of this role. You will ensure professional invoicing, manage customer and supplier data and ensure compliance with ICS regulations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Punctual and correct invoicing for subsidiaries Processing customer inquiries as well as payments and maintenance of accounts receivable master data Efficient dunning process and settlement of open items Processing of supplier invoices in the electronic workflow Maintenance of vendor master data and posting of invoices with and without purchase order reference Reconciliation of intercompany items

Profile & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or business administration Practical experience in accounting, customs and VAT SAP user knowledge as well as good Excel and MS Office skills Fluent in German and English Excellent self-management, problem-solving skills and resilience Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
