Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, starting immediately. This is a 100% in-office role working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will join a supportive accounting team with strong leadership and a collaborative culture. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable managing collections professionally.

Accounts Receivable Administrator responsibilities: Process and post incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company procedures Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Conduct collection calls and email follow-ups in a professional and courteous manner Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues Maintain accurate and organized customer records Assist with month-end closing and reporting requirements Support the accounting team with additional financial and administrative duties as needed The successful candidate has: 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in a professional office setting Experience managing collections and conducting collection calls Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Professional and confident communication skills Ability to handle sensitive conversations tactfully Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Adaptable and comfortable working fully onsite as part of a team Compensation and benefits: $50,000, $60,000, depending on experience  Temporary-to-permanent opportunity Collaborative team environment  Immediate start available
