Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in Canton, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee and manage various accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to effective financial reporting, audits, and departmental operations. Responsibilities: • Supervise accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date. • Collaborate with clients, including external agencies and individuals, to deliver exceptional customer service. • Assist in preparing internal and external financial reports and analyses. • Support the Controller in managing departmental goals, policies, and objectives. • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Manage assigned accounting tasks related to budgeting, debt, fixed assets, and grants. • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. • Complete additional duties as required or assigned to support the department.
