Job Title: Accounts Payables Specialist
Location: Hershey, PA

Type: Contract 6-8 months
Compensation: $26 - $31 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite



This person must have accounts payable and invoicing processing experience and strong administrative/office skills.

Accounts Payables Specialist duties: Opening/sorting US mail for AP Dept, then scanning for AP to process. Contact suppliers to switch them over from US mail to E-mailing invoices Reviewing back-log of supplier statements to identify outstanding invoices that we may not have received. Contact suppliers to obtain outstanding invoices.  Reviewing/Approving Employee Expense reports in PeopleSoft Running budget checks and processes in prep for payment. System clean-up of PS expense reports Contact employee to follow-up if there are questions Review/audit vehicle titles  Assist AP Manager as needed Process Airline ticket spreadsheet for Citibank payment .
