Accounts Payable Team Leader

Your responsibilities

Lead the Accounts Payable Payments & Query team for Continental Europe, the UK and IrelandManage end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and complianceOversee vendor master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standardsCoordinate supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate reportingHandle and resolve supplier queries efficiently, maintaining high levels of service and communicationMonitor KPIs, analyse trends and drive improvementsPrepare PTP reports and ensure accuracyImprove AP operations by driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityCollaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to support initiatives and resolve issuesEnsure compliance and provide documentation for auditsDevelop and mentor team members

Our requirements:

Fluent English (spoken and written)Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance, ideally in a multinational or shared services environmentExperience in leading a team or supervising AP operationsTrack record of driving process improvements and achieving KPIsKnowledge of accounts payable principles and practicesUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline

Nice to have

Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Radius, JD Edwards, SAP, and ServiceNow
