Accounts Payable Supervisor, High Risk Payments
The Accounts Payable Supervisor (CMT) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment process related to consultant services across multiple divisions, including Latin America. This role involves processing consultant payments in systems such as CAPS and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The CMT Supervisor will also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of enhancements within the Consultant Management (CMT) process. **Essential duties & responsibilities:** + Oversee and process all consultant-related payments in CAPS, SharePoint, and other applicable systems. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments. + Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and implementation projects related to CMT. + Ensure compliance with internal controls and payment policies. + Monitor daily payment activity and reporting. + Support month-end closing tasks, including accruals. + Provide guidance and support to the team on CMT-related tasks and serve as a subject matter expert. **Education & special trainings:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite. + Fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish required; other languages are a plus). + Knowledge of CAPS, SharePoint, Oracle, and SAP is highly desirable. **Qualifications & experience:** + 6–8 years of experience in finance or accounts payable within a multinational environment. + 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior analyst role. + Proven experience managing vendor payments and supporting cross-functional projects.
