Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid)
Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

This individual will assist in the clean-up work prior to the department transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday during a long term project!

ResponsibilitiesReview vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Research and resolve issues related to bad purchase orders (POs).Perform reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.Run various financial reports as required.Process vouchers efficiently and accurately.Address and manage match exceptions.Collaborate effectively with the purchasing team.Essential SkillsExperience in accounts payable and purchase order processing.Experience with PeopleSoft and Workday systems.Proficiency in reconciliation and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong computer skills are required.AP research experience is preferred.Work Environment

This role involves working with American network healthcare providers. The department is undergoing a software implementation starting in August 2025, transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday. The project is expected to last for two years, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
