**Your Role**
As an **Accounts Payable Specialist,** your mission will be to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant management of the Accounts Payable function, supporting business operations through timely payments, strong supplier relationships, and high-quality financial reporting.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for multiple legal entities.
+ Maintain and control vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
+ Review and validate invoices in accordance with internal approval workflows.
+ Prepare payment forecasts and execute payment runs in close coordination with the Treasury team.
+ Reconcile vendor accounts and proactively resolve discrepancies and issues.
+ Act as the main point of contact for national and international suppliers.
+ Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
+ Prepare financial reports and provide support with Power BI dashboards and analysis.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes.
**Qualifications:**
**Your Qualifications & Experience**
+ 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial analysis.
+ Previous experience in the hospitality sector, services, or multi-entity environments will be considered a plus.
+ Solid knowledge of accounting closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
+ Experience working with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
+ Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is desirable.
+ Advanced level of English is mandatory.
+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Proactive, well-organized profile with strong communication skills.
+ Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
