The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Maintain and update vendor files, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation.Prepare and distribute customer statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Receive, review, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Work Environment
The Accounts Payable team consists of four members within a larger shared services group of over 20 people. The team processes approximately 150-200 invoices daily, with 60% of invoices being automated. The environment is team-oriented, with a mix of outgoing and quieter personalities, and the team works closely in a pod setup. Basic Excel skills are required for reading reports.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr.
