Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in processing invoices, documenting processes, and assisting with the integration of accounts payable processes. Responsibilities
Process and manage high volumes of invoices efficiently.Document and improve accounts payable processes.Assist in the integration and implementation of accounts payable systems.Ensure invoices are paid on time and resolve any discrepancies.Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.Proficiency in invoice processing and accounts payable functions.Experience with Oracle is required.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Epicor is a significant advantage.Adaptability to change and a desire to embrace technology.Experience in integration or implementation of systems is highly beneficial.Work Environment
You will be part of a collaborative team with over ten members located in Minnesota, working in a high-volume accounts payable environment. The position involves working four days onsite and one day from home. The team operates in a state-of-the-art multi-story office space in the West End, providing a conducive environment for transformation and growth. The role involves handling metrics such as processing 150+ invoices per day, with goals to increase to 200, and managing other performance metrics related to invoice processing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
