Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Process invoices for payment (PO and Non-PO) using SAP and FileNetRespond to calls and correspondence concerning area of responsibility in a timely mannerResearch and reconcile vendor statementsMaintain familiarity with policies and proceduresWork with various department staff to resolve issuesReview daily activity for accuracy using daily audit trailMust meet service level agreement of working all invoices within 2-3 days from scan date for assigned area of responsibilityWork with Supervisor and/or Coordinator on special projects when neededMaintain desk manualAssist with system testing when neededRecommends and evaluates improvements and streamline opportunities in areas of responsibilityGathering information from new vendors for new vendor setups. (W9, ACH form, etc.) Qualifications Self-starter with initiativeExcellent communication skillsPositive AttitudeStrong research and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and attention to detail skillsAbility to work well with others and maintain composure in handling unpleasant situationsAbility to handle and complete multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to evaluate and analyze areas for improvement or needed changesExcellent 10-key and typing skillsHistory of good tenureOpen to change and willingness to learn new skillsIntermediate skills in ExcelHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
