Job Title: Analyst, AP Customer Service (Remote)

The Analyst, AP Customer Service plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of Accounts Payable (AP) Customer Service for across North America. This position focuses on resolving complex AP issues requiring advanced analysis and research, ensuring timely and accurate support for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesResolve queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams; escalate to Manager, AP when necessary.Communicate promptly and professionally with suppliers regarding invoice status, check requests, and utility payments, and with internal users regarding AP processing questions.Develop proficiency in AP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) to effectively troubleshoot escalated issues and identify root causes.Provide support for the Travel & Expense (company credit card) program as needed.Partner with other AP functional teams to resolve issues within established timelines.Assist with critical business account issues, ensuring expedited resolution and engaging appropriate personnel.Adhere to internal KPIs and SLAs for service delivery.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Company.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a large enterprise environment.ERP experience with Oracle or SAP required.Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflow processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and respond to inquiries via phone and email.Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree or higher in Accounting or Business.Experience Level
