The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing and paying invoices through Premier. This role involves handling both purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, ensuring accurate three-way matching for PO invoices, and reviewing and analyzing all invoices for appropriate supporting documentation and general ledger (GL) coding.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and pay invoices through Premier.Handle purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, ensuring three-way matching for PO invoices.Review and analyze invoices for supporting documentation and GL coding.Prioritize invoices according to due date and high priority requests.Process check requests, voids, and reissues.Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.Reconcile vendor accounts payable.Essential SkillsProficiency in Excel.Experience with accounts payable processes.Ability to perform three-way matching of invoices.Strong invoice processing and analysis skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Workday.Experience with purchase order invoicing.Work EnvironmentJoin one of the largest employers in Jacksonville, offering ample opportunity for growth.
