AP Specialist
Responsibilities:
+ Handle full-cycle accounts payable operations with at least three years of experience.
+ Review invoices for appropriate General Ledger (GL) coding, proof of product/service delivery, sales tax, credit memos, and perform weekly check runs.
+ Execute purchase order (PO) matching.
+ Prioritize invoice payments based on vendor terms.
+ Monitor electronic inbox for invoice submissions.
+ Process monthly expense reports and determine GL codes from the Chart of Accounts.
+ Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
+ Manage a high volume of invoices, up to 1500 monthly.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable
+ Ability to process 400+ invoices weekly
+ Experience with 3-way matching and working with PO's
+ Experience with Dynamics a plus, but open to other ERP systems
+ Strong communication both written and verbal

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
