Beacon Hill Financial is currently searching for a contract Accounts Payable Specialist for our global client in the Clayton, Missouri area. This position is paying up to $25/hr depending on experience. Essential Functions:

Process high volume of vendor invoices mostly consisting of matching against purchase orders

Work with established AP team members to ensure processing is accurate for assigned business divisions

Communicate with appropriate team or department members to escalate invoicing issues

Prepare and process payments, such as checks, electronic transfers, or ACH payments.Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for accurately

Qualifications:
