Accounts Payable Specialist
Adecco is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of expenses and supporting our corporate card program. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy problem-solving, this could be a great fit. **Key Responsibilities:** + Audit and resolve outstanding employee expense reports. + Verify that expenses and merchant activity comply with company travel policies and the Code of Conduct. + Provide day-to-day support for the corporate card program, including assisting employees and resolving issues. + Assist with critical close activities during Month End, Mid-Year, and Year End. + Maintain proper documentation and deliver excellent customer service to both employees and vendors. **Requirements:** + 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, expense management, or a related finance role. + Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies quickly. + Proficiency with accounting systems and expense reporting tools (Concur, SAP, or similar). + Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset. + Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their AP career while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing finance team. **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
