Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for the processing and review of Accounts Payable invoices and payments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Process invoices into Oracle Software system for multiple companies
● Validate invoices in OCR software for import into Softco
● Review invoices in Softco and assign to appropriate location for approval
● Review & research issues with invoice 3-way match in Softco and Oracle
● Research vendor inquiries
● Assist with vendor statement review
● Provide a high level of customer service with both vendors and other
departments within the company
● Assist with process improvements

● Strong computer skills including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
● Attention to detail
● High level of accuracy
● Problem solving skills
● Analytical thinking skills
● Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
● Flexibility with changing processes, timelines, and job duties

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two or four-year degree in
Accounting preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience
Systems: MS Excel, Google Suite, OCR Software, Softco, and Oracle

Managerial Requirements: N/A
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use.
Travel Requirements: May be required to travel between local Cambria locations

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00.
Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range
displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-
related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
