As an Accounts Payable Specialist with us, the minimum responsibilities are: + Processing Accounts Payable + Reconciling vendor A/P statements and corresponding with Vendor + Assisting in preparation for monthly journal entries + Monitoring and expensing capital items + Ensuring all invoices are entered at month end for the A/P accrual + Reconcile accounts **What We Need From You:** + 2-3 years of related accounts payable experience + Attention to detail and organizational skills + An aptitude for numbers and data accuracy + Advanced Excel Skills + Full Cycle accounting experience is asset + Great interpersonal and time management skills **What You’ll Get From Us:** + Competitive Wages + Retirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your future + Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
