Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Freehold, NJ

Pay: $22 - $30 an hour

A high reputable construction company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders, processing vendor invoices, data entry, and much more!

Job Description:

Match delivery tickets to invoicesCode, prepare and enter invoices accounts payable programVerify accuracy of invoice entry in accounts payable programOrganize and maintain accounts payables files and recordsUnderstanding the process of holding retainage on a vendor’s invoicesBack charging vendors as neededPerform other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required2+ years’ Accounts Payable experienceExperience with a large ERP (Sage, Sap, Oracle, NetSuite, Yardi, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
