The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a key role in managing vendor-related financial operations and ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices. This position collaborates cross-functionally to support process improvements and automation in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
Review and process PO and non-PO invoices for both U.S. and international vendors; ensure accurate coding and batch posting in NetSuiteMonitor and manage accounts payable communications across multiple subsidiary mailboxesPrepare complete accounts payable packages for NetSuite entry, including 3-way match documentation (purchase orders, receiving documents, check requests, and invoices)Verify invoice details such as quantity, pricing, and terms against purchase orders and receiving slips; resolve discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse teamSupport the implementation and transition to a paperless accounts payable systemPerform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the finance teamQualifications
1–2 years of accounts payable experience; exposure to foreign markets preferredExperience processing high invoice volumes (approx. 300/week)Familiarity with 3-way match and invoice processing workflowsProficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systemsBasic Excel skills with ability to perform data entry and analysisStrong reconciliation and analytical skillsExcellent written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working fully onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCollege degree strongly preferred; foundational understanding of accounting principlesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
