Accounts Payable Specialist
Description Invoice Processing: Accurately process a high volume of invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval. Payment Management: Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly. Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and vendor statements. Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts payable reports to support financial planning and decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
