Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in full-cycle accounts payable

Ability to process complex invoices

Experience with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations for the company’s international entities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of international finance operations, currency transactions, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume international vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and local regulations.Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors across multiple currencies and banking systems.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with international teams, procurement, and finance departments to ensure proper invoice approvals and coding.Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activities.Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.Monitor and manage aging reports to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payables.Assist in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives within the AP function.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
