Accounts Payable Specialist
Description Join our client's dynamic and collaborative team as a Construction Accounts Payable Specialist and play a key role in supporting their growing company. This position offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, organization, and problem-solving are highly valued. Responsibilities include: + Review, code, and process vendor and subcontractor invoices + Ensure contract and insurance compliance before approving payments + Maintain vendor files and track W-9s and 1099s + Support project budgeting and draw package preparation + Prepare AIA payment applications for subcontractors + Assist across other accounting functions as needed + Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors Requirements Requirements include: + 2+ years of accounts payable processing experience in the construction or real estate industry + Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and ERP system experience + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive + Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams + Knowledge of lien releases, payment notices, and NRS compliance preferred For confidential consideration, apply today or contact Tracy Sperry at Robert Half for more information.
