Accounts Payable Specialist
Description Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support high volume accounts payable functions across Corporate and Property Management operations. This role is responsible for invoice processing, vendor payments, and supporting month-end close procedures using systems such as NetSuite and Yardi. Experience with Yardi BillPay and/or Yardi Procure-to-Pay is a plus. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions while collaborating with teams across development, construction, and property operations. Key Responsibilities + Process and review vendor invoices for corporate and property management entities + Maintain vendor records and assist with new vendor setup + Prepare payment batches, initiate wires or ACH transactions, and monitor payment status + Support month-end close, including accruals, cutoff procedures, and reconciliations + Track disbursements across multiple bank accounts and entities + Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and ensure timely resolution + Contribute to the improvement and documentation of accounts payable processes and systems Work Environment & Benefits + Regular weekday business hours with scheduling flexibility where possible + Supportive, team-based work environment + Competitive compensation + Opportunities for professional growth within the organization Benefits Offered: + Salary Range: $55,000.00-$63,000.00 + Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision + Other Insurance: Life and Disability + Retirement: 401k with a 4% Match + PTO: 2 weeks PTO Requirements Qualifications + 3 or more years of experience in accounts payable or accounting operations + Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is beneficial + Familiarity with Yardi BillPay or Yardi Procure-to-Pay is preferred + Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms + Strong skills in Excel and general accounting software + High attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines + Effective communication and collaboration skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
