In this role, you will play a vital part in managing vendor accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal experience includes accounting experience within the construction industry and ERP system experience. Responsibilities: + Code and match invoices to PO's and contracts + Process weekly vendor invoice payments + Review monthly vendor statements to ensure accurate tracking of all invoices on account. + Vendor and subcontractor communications + Request and maintain W-9’s for all Vendors as needed. + Prepare and distribute 1099’s annually. Ideal Background: • AS or BS degree preferred • 2+ years of AP experience, preferably within the construction industry • ERP or accounting software experience • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analysis. • Comfortable communicating with subcontractors and Project Managers daily. **Our client has a beautiful office space, and great team dynamic - this would be an awesome place to work!
