Job Overview: The Accounts Payable specialist is a department of one and reports to the Accounting Manager. This role processes invoices and submits payments for services rendered to the organization and community services; Handles proper allocation to GL coding; Performs account and credit card reconciliations. This role requires attention to detail as there a high volume of various services rendered. Produces misc. reports in Excel and imports data from ERP. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable role • Proficiency in processing invoices and applying accurate GL coding. • Strong skills in account and credit card reconciliations. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions. • Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, but not required.
