C.H Robinson is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative- Service Line Support who will be responsible for working on new and existing issues, by communicating with our C.H. Robinson partners and our internal salespeople. In this role, you must be a strong communicator, provide exceptional customer service and keep timely detailed logs. This position must be able to use their critical thinking skills to resolve open direct payables questions. They will use their systems knowledge to be able to navigate through technology with ease. The Accounts Payable Representative must work well under pressure and meet deadlines within a specific timeframe.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve issues daily and meet established error rate guidelinesRelease the direct payment to our partners and release the invoice to the customerUtilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to work with partners to resolve issuesMake quick decisions and sound judgement calls when resolving issuesEscalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadershipWork within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelinesContribute ideas for process improvementDevelop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional serviceContinue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of the direct payables processesWork as a member of the team and willingly provide back‐up support for peers when neededOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 2 years of data entry experienceMinimum 1 year of strong customer service experience leveraging written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:

Compensation Range
$18.80 - $29.28The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
