Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator I to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requestsManage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliationsHandle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationMaintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing proceduresReconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare and analyze financial reports as requiredAssist in audits and respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departmentsCollaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsSupport other finance-related projects and tasks as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a corporate accounting environmentProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skillsStrong mathematical and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesFamiliarity with financial regulations and compliance standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlinesAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
