**Job Description**
We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator I to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.
+ Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
+ Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliations
+ Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
+ Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing procedures
+ Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
+ Prepare and analyze financial reports as required
+ Assist in audits and respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments
+ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
+ Support other finance-related projects and tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a corporate accounting environment
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
+ Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
+ Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
