Accounts Payable Processor
Job Title: Accounts Payable ProcessorJob Description

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate entry and processing of invoices, ensuring the three-way match is correctly applied. This role involves handling a high volume of invoices, with a minimum of 150 to 200 invoices processed daily. Responsibilities also include assisting with ACH payments, wire transfers, stop payment requests, and issuing checks.

ResponsibilitiesEnter and process high volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the three-way match.Assist with making ACH payments, wire transfers, and stop payment requests.Issue checks as required.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.Essential SkillsAccounts payable experience in a shared service environment or large company.Full cycle accounts payable experience including invoice processing, three-way matching, and invoice payments.Experience processing a minimum of 150 invoices per day.Proficiency in using ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and/or Workday.Strong 10-key data entry skills with a score of 12,000 and above.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of high volume accounts payable processing experience.Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred for maximum pay.Experience with purchase orders and three-way match is highly preferred.Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.Work Environment

The position is based in a professional, corporate office environment. Team members will have their own cubicles and work within an accounts payable team consisting of 50-60 people, including directors, managers, and supervisors. The dress code is business professional from Monday to Thursday and business casual on Fridays. Working hours are between 8 AM and 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required for shifts and holiday coverage. Initially, the role requires working in the office, with an option for remote/hybrid work after the initial period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
