The PositionThe main responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst include processing invoices for Third-Party vendors in SAP and reviewing the accuracy of postings, among other AP-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Capture invoice data in SAP (Non Purchase Order and Purchase Order invoices) with expected quality and according to established SLA
Timely resolve inquiries
Collaborate in quality audit reviews
Maintain AP documentation up to date
Openly communicate issues and request for assistance
Provide best in class customer service
Qualifications
Basic to Intermediate English level
High School diploma. Technical or University studies related to finance areas are a plus.
Hands on, organized and detail oriented
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Experience in AP/Accounting is a plus
SAP knowledge is a plus
