Job DescriptionCompleting daily tasks which could include any of the following, with assistance from an Expert or Senior:
Invoice account reconciliation for suppliers and internal customers.Scanning monitoring & error resolutionScanning of invoices and distribution in the correspondent location folders.Reports download and categorization.Support and follow up for a daily application and discrepancy management (issue log).Research about solutions, suggest and communicate process improvement ideas with assistance from an Expert/ Senior.Support answering of questions on the telephone or via email.Work in a team environment, which involves collaboration, active participation in team meetings and tasks, and use of team-based methods and tools.Follow and implement best practices and processes defined by the company, to work with high standards of quality.Assist to status meetings (internal).Attend internal training.Perform other functions related to the position.QualificationsStudent in accounting or a related field.Knowledge of computer skills including MS Office (Excel)Knowledge with SAP is a plusEnglish level B2+Additional InformationBosch Service Solutions Costa Rica (@boschcostarica) • Instagram photos and videos
