Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Accounts Payable and
Accounting team. This internship offers hands-on experience in day-to-day finance operations,
focusing on basic tasks in AP and general accounting. The role is ideal for a student or recent
graduate looking to build foundational knowledge in finance and accounting within a supportive
team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist with preparing AP reconciliations
 Perform data entry and maintain accounting records
 Assist with basic month-end closing tasks
 Perform ad hoc duties and administrative support as required by the finance team

Requirements:
 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field
 Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
 Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data entry
 Willingness to learn and take initiative
 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
