Accounts Payable Coordinator with Italian
**Job Title** Accounts Payable Coordinator with Italian **Location** Brno, Czech Republic **About Us** Ingersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission-critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency. **Job Summary** The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for Accounts Payable activities including processing supplier invoices and employee expenses and ensuring that payments are made on a timely basis in line with company policy. **Responsibilities** + Processing of purchasing documents onto SAP/Oracle including supplier invoices, employee expenses and debit notes. Ensuring that processing is complete & accurately coded. Follow strict criteria for invoice control quality control. + Participating in process description creation, testing activities. + Meeting daily targets and SLAs, focus on cash discount invoices and critical expense invoices. + Resolution of supplier disputes working closely with the business including purchasing managers.
