We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation and authorization.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Assist with month-end closing, including accruals and reporting.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
Continuously improve AP processes and contribute to automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
24 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data entry and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. null
