Position OverviewThe Accounts Payables Clerk I is responsible for accurate and timely invoice verifications, processing payments and billings for claims, and maintaining vendor records. This role involves maintaining vendor relationships and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Job Description

Location: Pearl City, HI

Compensation: $21-$23/hr

Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoicesReconcile site specific vendor statements and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as neededHandle vendor discrepancies and claims, including billing adjustments and credit processingAllocate expenses to appropriate general leger accountsManage vendor payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedulesCollaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve departmental and organizational objectivesTravel Required:No
