Job Description
The Administrative Assistant with an Accounts Payable focus is responsible for supporting financial operations and administrative functions within the organization. This role includes processing vendor payments, managing administrative supply inventory, and coordinating safety training schedules and employee orientation programs to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Process vendor payments accurately and timely.Manage administrative supply inventory to ensure availability.Coordinate safety training schedules and employee orientation programs.Support accounts receivable, reconciliation, and cash application tasks.Provide general administrative support across the organization.Essential Skills
Reliable and trustworthy with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or similar programs.Ability to learn other accounting software systems; experience with Great Plains preferred.Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential records.Strong communication skills for coordinating training and orientation activities.High School Diploma required.1+ years of experience in administrative work required.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with JobBOSS or similar manufacturing software.Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting within a manufacturing environment. The company fosters a great internal culture with opportunities for growth and learning. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
