Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing a high volume of accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, contractual payments, patient refunds, and electronic payments. This position ensures accuracy and timely payment across multiple entities, supports invoice review, voucher processing, prepaid setup, payment preparation, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate vendor master data, resolving exception reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strong customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.Review invoices and prepare vouchers for payment.Setup and manage prepaid accounts.Prepare payments and reconcile any discrepancies.Maintain accurate vendor master data.Resolve exception reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.Essential Skills
Proficient in invoice processing.Experience in vendor maintenance.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email communication.Competency in Microsoft Excel for navigating spreadsheets.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in invoice processing.2+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.Strong communication skills.Keen attention to detail.Analytical skills.Work Environment
This role requires the individual to work onsite every day from 8 AM to 4:30 PM in an open floor concept office. The position is based in a newly furnished office in Allentown near the PPL center. There is a potential for this role to transition into a full-time position, depending on the outcome of the ERP implementation and the staffing needs once the organization transitions to Workday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
