Description: GALT Aerospace is seeking a Full-Time, salaried, Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily accounts payable processing and financial operations. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is responsible for accurate and timely invoice entry, vendor communication, and adherence to internal controls, and will work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, and other accounting team members. Responsibilities include: Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, following internal policies and AP procedures Perform 3‑way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Maintain vendor records including W‑9s, banking information, and compliance documentation Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution by communicating with vendors and internal departments Assist in preparation of weekly payment runs Support credit card transaction coding and entry Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices Assist with month‑end close, including AP accruals and reconciliation tasks Provide documentation for CPA reviews, DCAA audits, and internal control testing Maintain accurate AP files and ensure adherence to company policies and FAR/DFARS requirements (if applicable) Perform other duties as assigned by the AP Manager Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
