Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing client on an Accounts Payable Specialist opening. This role will report to the Controller and be part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching + Code invoices and expenses to the appropriate GL account, cost center, and accounting period + Coordinate with department leaders and general managers to obtain proper payment approvals + Research and resolve accounts payable issues in a timely manner + Issue customer refunds, ensuring proper supporting documentation + Process and oversee employee expense reimbursements and reporting + Monitor and manage the accounts payable email inbox, routing inquiries appropriately + Collect and maintain vendor W-9 documentation + File all vendor payments and supporting documents electronically + Perform additional accounting-related duties as assigned This role is 100% in office. To be considered must live in Colorado.
