Summary:\nThis position is responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate and timely manner impacting our financial transactions. \nEssential Functions:\nThis position is responsible for:\n•\tApproaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.\n•\tOwning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.\n•\tManaging accounts payable using accounting software (Laserfiche, BeanWorks) and other programs\n•\tAnalyzing workflow processes\n•\tEstablishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors in a professional manner\n•\tEnsuring bills are paid timely and vendor discounts are taken, while adhering to departmental procedures\n•\tThoroughly review purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges for accuracy\n•\tProcessing transactions to the correct general ledger account and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance\n•\tManaging vendor statements for past due invoices\n•\tExcellent attendance and punctuality are an essential function of this position\n•\tOther duties as assigned

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
